                             RESOLUTION NO.   19803 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CHATTANOOGA
                   VENTURE RELATIVE TO THE GRAND RE-OPENING OF
                   THE WALNUT STREET BRIDGE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
                   THE BRIDGEFEST.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute the lease agreement between Chattanooga Venture and 
the
       City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, relative to the grand re-opening
       of the Walnut Street Bridge, otherwise known as the BridgeFest.
